This Privacy Policy explains how Kong Group LLC ("Kong," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use NaviCanvas (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles payment details under its own terms and security standards.
• Your content — the inputs you provide (text, images, video, audio) and the pieces generated from them.
• Usage data — how you interact with the Service, including log data, device and browser information, and similar technical details, collected in part through cookies.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the Service; to generate Output from your inputs; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to provide support; to maintain security and prevent abuse; to improve the Service; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, to run the Service.
• AI model providers (including Anthropic / the Claude API), which process your inputs to generate Output. Your prompts and content are sent to these providers for that purpose.
• Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

4. AI processing

To generate Output, the inputs you submit are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share or do not want processed in this way.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to retention required by law.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@kongrealm.io. You can also cancel your subscription and request account deletion at any time.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
