Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for NaviCanvas (the "Service"), provided by Kong Group LLC ("Kong"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
The Service is sold as recurring monthly subscriptions, billed in advance and processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access and any remaining plan credits until then, and you are not billed again afterward.
3. Refunds
Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, and we do not provide proration or partial-month refunds, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
4. Credits
- Credits already used are non-refundable.
- Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.
- Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable or refundable for cash.
5. Required by law
Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law. Where such law applies, we honor it.
